I moved in yesterday and it was the smoothest and easiest move in process I ever did! The apartment is exactly as pictured, very clean and spacious. I also received a very thoughtful welcome home gift. Ignore the old negative reviews, and check these apartments out! You won’t be disappointed!

Wonderful experience! The application and move in process was so easy and quick! Shay was amazing, she was there every step, kept us informed, and bent over backwards to work with us in every way! Love the apartment, updated and very well kept! I didn't see any issues during the move in walk-through. We have been in a hotel for almost 3 years so Anthos and Shay were a God send! Thank you so much!

10 OUT OF 10!!!! This is not a review from someone with perfect credit and millions of dollars in the bank. This is from a hard working single mother from Chicago who moved to ATL 4 yrs ago and who is very familiar with how hard it is to get a place to stay in this city. Every thing seems to work alot smoother up north lol. As long as u have the money, u can live anywhere but ATL is completely diff. Its hard, so many hoops to jump through and its frustrating as hell. Prior to Chase Ridge, i had been denied and mislead by multiple apartments. I was at my wits end and frustrated with all the bs I had been through with other apts. I had spent over 400 on app fees and was completely drained with the process of trying to move. I came to Chase Ridge and when i say it was a wonderful experience from the beginning! Anna was just AMAZING! I applied online and my app was immediately processed even though it was in the middle of the holiday season. The app was super simple and easy and they had no trouble verifying my info. Anna kept me posted with every step, she always answered when i called with any questions and she was so warm and welcoming! Even when she called to tell me i was approved, she was as happy as i was!! I was able to come right in and do my paper work and She also hooked me up with an amazing and affordable move in special!! ANNNDD she upgraded my apt to the "Roommate Style" (the one i really wanted) even though it wasn't the one I originally applied for! And omg my home is beautiful!! New carpet, pretty fireplace, fresh paint, new appliances, bright lighting and i they even welcomed me with a pretty basket full of cleaning supplies. Anna also understood that i was a busy women who worked during the day and she had no problem adhering to my schedule. The day I signed my lease was so hectic for me because I only had a 30 min lunch break so she moved super fast! I felt bad because i had to rush her along and get back to work but she just smiled and did everything I needed her to do all the way down to making sure my utilities were on. I see alot of bad reviews from ppl who worked with Mrs. Q, but I only worked with Anna so my experience seems to be totally different than the others. Thank you Chase Ridge and Anna for making the process so easy and affordable. If you're in a situation where you want a nice apartment but dont have tons of cash to spend or you have been denied by other apts or you have little to no rental history or you need a easy/fast transition into moving, please believe me when i say Chase Ridge is the place :) :) :) Im so blessed and thankful!!
