We absolutely loved our time living at Salnave Glen. The management is amazing and took care everything extremely well and efficiently! It was a smooth move in and move out process. We were sad to leave but a job took us to a new city. Especially loved the dog amenities and living so close to Salnave Park. Extremely clean property and lovely neighbors!!! Recommend to anyone who is moving to Cheney who wants an apartment with a nice, quiet neighborhood feel.

We love it here! Ryan was so helpful and accommodating when my family and I moved in. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. It's clean and comfortable. The grounds are very well kept. No pet mess anywhere. It's a great place to live.
I lived at the Salnave Glen Apartments for three years in one of their studios and I had a wonderful experience there. Ryan the apartment manager was very responsive and always helpful to work with! He would always take the time to walk around the apartments to keep the grounds clean all year and help shovel snow during winter time. I enjoyed having an amazing apartment manager as well as more of a quite but wonderful community there. I never had any problems with my unit and felt very safe there. I would recommend anyone wanting to live in Cheney to definitely consider this apartment complex!

This review is long overdue. First of all, Ryan is a fantastic apartment manager. Anyone who has anything negative to say about Ryan is likely the problem in the scenario, not the victim. Ryan is fair, kind, and actually cares about his tenants, which are rare qualities in an apartment manager. In fact, i'm just going to say it, he deserves a raise. Ryan helped me on the spot get my door fixed after the lock broke. He's always out there shoveling the snow in the winter time so we didn't have to trek through it. I honestly couldn't imagine a better apartment manager. As for the apartments, they are nice (fairly new), located in a quiet neighborhood, and you have a park in the back of the apartments. Every now and then there will be an unruly tenant, but what apartment complex doesn't have one of these gems. It is a college town.
Salnave Glen apartments are a great place to live! Overall the apartments are very quiet, neighbors are respectful, and the apartment manager (Ryan) has been nothing but amazing in our two years spent here. There is a park right behind the apartments which is perfect for kids and dogs! Parking really hasn’t been an issue since there is overflow parking (which some residents in the apartments closest to the park have easy access to), and Ryan has been good about enforcing parking rules. Another thing we really appreciated him doing is giving us an opportunity to renew our lease at the same rate even when rent went up which was extremely nice considering I was a college student. Additionally, we have felt overall really welcomed and lucky to have such nice apartments. The apartments are very spacious, during the winter the parking lot gets plowed so you can easily park, if things are broken they get taken care of in a timely manner as long as you put a work order in. I am very lucky to have been able to stay here and definitely recommend!
This apartment complex is amazing! The grounds are always very well kept and beautiful. The apartment manager, Ryan, is an amazing guy and really cares about his tenants and will work with anything that you need help with, which is usually very hard to find with landlords. When we first moved the only issue was sometimes not finding a parking spot but only usually was a problem late at night. Ryan took care of that with letting people know they had to have a vehicle registered to park there and now there is always a spot to find. If not there is overflow parking right next to the complex by a park. If you have a family this is a great place because there is a park right next to the complex which is beautiful with soooo much space. The apartments are new and very well kept inside. The kitchen has so much storage space even more than my boyfriend and I could use. The bathrooms and bedrooms are very spacious. If we didn't need to move to the valley we would live here for several more years! 6 out of 5 stars! Very safe area, no breaks ins and only a couple minutes away from EWU.

My fiancé and I lived at Salnave Glen for a year, and we loved the apartment complex. It was very clean, affordable, and the grounds were beautifully maintained, even during the winter/snowy months.
I would have to say the best part of Salnave Glen however, is the awesome property manager, Ryan. He was super friendly and easy to work with at move in, and always went above and beyond when we needed anything for the apartment while we lived there. He was quick to respond when we had an issue with our fridge, and microwave, and gave us honest repair timelines. You would always see him running around cleaning the property, helping the residents, and even shoveling snow on the weekends. I’m going to miss being able to work with a property manager that cares so much!
We only moved for my fiancé’s work, or I would still choose to live there today. I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to live in Cheney!
One of the best places I have lived. Property manager Ryan was very fast at responding to any requests we put in. Very nice and helpful with anything. Apartments are well maintained along with the grounds. The apartments are very beautiful and very spacious. I definitely recommend anyone to live here!
