I usually hate the moving in process at other apartments apartments, they are always pretty complicated and the staff always seem like they don’t want to do their job in my opinion, but I moved into Edge the end of last week, and it was the smoothest experience I’ve had so far thanks to Adrian. From day 1 of me filling out my application, he called me the same day. When I came in for my tour he was very informative and enthusiastic. Kept me updated as far as the status of my application, and when move in day came he made sure everything was in order. So far my experience here has been great, amazing views, great amenities, and most of all its close to a lot of food places. I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking to find a apartment in providence.

So I’ve been living here in the older part of the property and I’ve had a good experience. My floor is very quiet and the hallways get cleaned every week (although I’ve only heard other residents partying maybe two times the entire time I’ve been here and it’s never been messy). My room is at least two steps up from a nice dorm room (I have an amazing bathroom... with a tub and a SKYLIGHT), and is less than the cost of on campus housing so I think it’s a good deal. The management has always been friendly and easy to get along with, especially if you treat them like human beings (no shade)
