I've lived here for almost 10 years and, even though NO PLACE IS PERFECT, Hanover Shoe is a really nice place to live. The apartments are roomy, it's a relatively secure building (as long as people follow the rules about not propping the doors open), with a community room that can be rented for family events, a laundry room with energy efficient washers & dryers, a building manager that knows her stuff & actually cares about the residents....like any place, you will have people complaining or not always being great neighbours, but it's still a nice place to live.
