I am loving the new exterior look at Metropolitan. Gaby is awesome and i can tell she has great visions for the community. She is always ready! I toured many floor plans to weigh my options and not once did she get frustrated. She was very informative and attentive. I originally wasn’t a fan of the new interior paint but after the 2nd tour it begin to grow on me. I look forward in joining the community.

Pros: I couldn’t be more happy to be a part of this community‼️ The office staff members that I’ve dealt with are pretty awesome people and are willing to help whenever there’s an issue no matter how big or small…and I don’t have many. They are good about keeping us informed on everything that’s going on whether it be something going on within our community or things that we may need to know that could affect us OUTSIDE of the community‼️As far as maintenance…I do a check each month on my apartment for the usual things that may need to be addressed from the simple to sometimes not so simple and I can tell you that each of the few times there’s been issues that needed to be addressed…from bulb changes to wet carpet from an HVAC leak or leak from the bathroom ceiling…they’ve always been on top of it, kept me informed when needed and the problems were handled within a timely manner! I love being comfortable and worry free in my apartment home, which for me it’s a necessity , so knowing that should a problem arise then it will be taken care of and I don’t have to do anything but put in a request! The maintenance crew and their contractors are awesome💯⚓️ Cons: I’ve lived here will be a year this month (Oct) and I have NEVER had a bug problem UNTIL... Around the top of the summer I’ve noticed bugs trying to come inside my apartment from the outside hall…I’ve literally opened my door to them crawling twds my door‼️ I’ve even experienced a couple of them hitchhiking back inside via the valet trash can on trash day‼️ Now I understand why people choose to leave the can OUTSIDE the apartment. Now pest control visits on schedule as well as by request. I’ve never seen them do it but I would recommend they spray frequently in EVERY hall to help cut down or eliminate pests💯 I’ve also had trouble the last few weeks with a few gnats but were able to eliminate them myself‼️ I don’t know if season of weather could have played a role in this phenomenon but could have, being that I’ve heard many people complaining about the same thing even on the outside community. Another not so good thing is that people here have pets, but some seem to just downright refuse to pick up after them‼️ And let’s not talk about the smells in the stairwells and right outside the exit doors that are down right horrible ESPECIALLY on the arena side💯 Now this IS a pet friendly community and even though I don’t have a dog, I love the fur babies, but there needs to be something done about the odors because I find it sickening to my stomach‼️ I would hate to have family or friends come over and have to smell the horrible smells…it’s embarrassing and people should want to do their part in keeping our home clean and with no horrible pet urine smells at the door‼️ Overall: Every place have its good and not so good points but it’s all in how situations are handled and what you are willing to put up with. Me personally, it’s no different than what you would have to deal with at your OWN home other than having to hire people and pay them yourself💯 This is a nice community and it’s in a great spot downtown with access to many interesting things‼️ So far so good for me…I would recommend to others🤎♥️⚓️
