Our apartment has large windows, balcony, laminated floors a nice size bathroom, kitchen and is located in a prime location. We take pride of our building which is clean, quiet. Only minutes away from a major bus stop and shopping facilities it is the perfect place to call home. Rent includes heat and water. Call me for a viewing at 780 497 1451. Sorry,no pets.
