Moved in recently and can't say enough great things about this place. It's a little haven tucked away in the best part of Wilmington. I was looking for a relaxing home that brings me joy - and Hawthorne at the Station does just that. Mackenzie was a wonderful contact throughout the whole process.
This is one of the nicest places I have ever lived. The amenities are wonderful and the extras each month are exciting and fun. I love the cleanliness of the property and the staff could not be better. I feel like I live in a neighborhood rather than an apartment complex. We all know each other either by name, dogs name, or from gathering together at the complex events. I would highly recommend Hawthorn at the Station to anyone anytime.

Toured several complexes in the Wrightsville Beach area of Wilmington trying to find the right place. The staff at Hawthorne is GREAT, especially "WILLIAM" ... he's the BESTEST!! Very professional, super nice individual. We loved working with him from start to finish. The apartment complex is absolutely beautiful, apartment had ALL the amenities you could ask for., very quiet community we noticed. Sending a pic that is breathtaking, very happy we signed on the dotted line with Hawthorne at the Station.

When you pull into the drive way, it looks like you pulled into a resort instead of an apartment complex! It is absolutely gorgeous, the grounds are taken care of so well. The community itself is amazing the staff knows everyone by names along with their beloved 4 legged friends too! Michelle and William are a great team duo to run the complex and the maintained team Tony and Rory are amazing getting everything fixed up for you if you have any maintenance issues, they are fast and Tony will not stop until he resolves your issue. I would highly recommend moving here. We are only 8 mins to Wrightsville beach and about 15 min bike ride. Perfect location for everything (pictures attached is the beach down the road).

What a nice apartment complex! This complex has so many amenities! Driving up the main office is easy to find and is surrounded by many features. It has an Amazon pickup box accessible 24 hours a day to keep your deliveries safe and secure.
There is a full gym, yoga studio, free coffee is available at the lounge all hours (with a pool table too!), beautiful saltwater pool, and grilling station and cabana!
Now, because I am a dog lover, this place doesn't disappoint! There is a dog washing station for an after beach rinse, or when they get some muddy paws!
The dog park has always been very clean, and is a comfortable place to let the 4 legged kids run around.
Each building has elevators and stairwells, so take your pick!
Once you're at your door, you use an electronic key fob to unlock your door. Each apartment is well equipped and I have never noticed any neighbor noise, so it is well insulated and as you step out on your balcony you feel like you are the only one there.
Wonderful environment, all neighbors are very friendly, great amenities, a place for your dogs to roam, and even social events are held periodically. What more could you ask for?!

This apartment community is really beautiful! It has a lot of really nice features, including an internet cafe, fitness center, yoga studio, gorgeous pool area with grills, games and tv lounge area. There is also a kid playground, pet playground and pet spa and several areas with hammocks to lounge in. This community also features an electric car charging station, bike racks and pet waste bags and disposals. There are several very nice floor plans to choose from and outside balconies if that is what you like. The landscaping is amazing!! Best of all, this community features fitness classes for residents and many interesting resident engagement activities! The staff is really nice too :)

I’ve been here for a few years and the place is always been pretty well run but the two they have running the now especially Marcy has made this place a great place to be.. they are always happy, fun and welcoming and they plan some fun events to keep us socially active in our community. A special shout out to Tony and Roy who keep this place running with all their hard work.

I knew was home after walking just two units. I was sold on everything I saw.
My move in experience was really good and smooth. The CM and the ACM made everything work in my favor, and I thank them for that. Such a lovely place to call home.
