I'd like to share in my opinion the good and bad while I lived at Fleur De Lis: Good things: 1. Awesome location in downtown Neenah 2. Homey, house-like, spacious living quarters Bad things: 1. Unfriendly management (if ever available), no on-site management. As of September, the main line to reach management goes to a busy signal for months now. 2. Cramped parking. The parking lot is small, very bumpy, and has large potholes. The garage is even smaller with way too many poles obstructing space. 2. Smoking allowed inside and outside the apartment. If you're a non-smoker , be careful not to get an apartment by the entrance. Smokers sit outside the entrance to the apartment and the smoke sifts into the bedroom windows. 3. Doors used to access the apartment often have jammed locks. Simply oiling the locks would help but management continually brushes it off. 4. Sketchy neighborhood (low income). Overall: It's a decent place to stay. The apartment from the outside is nothing special. The living quarters inside though are quite surprising especially if furnished nicely. I stayed in a two bedroom, two bathroom apartment and split the rent which wasn't too much at all. Sometimes the most important thing about an apartment is its location and living space and those scored high.
