The office and maintenance people are all great. They are responsive, professional, and have such great personalities - it is easy to deal with them. We love living here. We also appreciate the location and the size of the unit in which we live.

I was nervous about renting in a college town. I have had a great experience. There have been no surprises. The professional staff has made the transition into the community low stress. I love my new apartment. The neighbors are quiet and I can walk to eat dinner and run to the grocery store. I have no regrets of choosing this apartment complex as my home. A bonus...maintenance shows up the next day to fix anything requested and the office staff goes above and beyond to show they appreciate the residents here. It's important to be able to have those things taken care of to focus on work and school. I definitely feel like I get my money's worth here. I highly recommend this apartment complex! Susan is the best!
