About Harbor Pointe Apartments
Harbor Pointe Apartments is a community for elderly 62 or older or disabled of any age, just 3/4 mile from beautiful Lake Huron. Apartments feature a range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Monthly rent includes water/sewer and trash removal charges. There are extra wide doorways throughout, no stairs to climb, a large kitchen pantry and plenty of closet space. Our community area offers a kitchen, activity room and laundry facilities. We offer 24 hour emergency maintenance, and provide all lawn care and snow removal services. We also offer monthly activities. This property is subsidized for very low to moderate income households. Rent is based on 30% of the adjusted gross income, with sensitivity towards medical expenses to help reduce rent payments for those who qualify. Deductions are made for dependent, elderly, or disabled status. Elderly 62 or older or disabled at any age. Barrier Free units available. This institution is an equal opportunity provider.
