First off the audacity of the person who literally threw kitty litter all over his things and said it’s debris from the ceiling grow up. The ceiling is literally huge boards of wood all the way across. Maybe it’s not kitty litter maybe it’s the left overs of the coke bags you like to sit outside snort in front of everyone including my kids. You want to complain about noise this and that do you not make any? Because I remember my first night here where you decided to throw a party until 3am and when I kindly asked you to keep it down all wanted to act like a bunch of ********. I think it’s best you stop complaining because you choose to live in a place that has paper thin walls with no insulation to a point you can hear the neighbors 2 apartment down sneeze. Or just go back to sitting outside in below zero weather with no shirt just flip flop and short drinking a bottle of wine at 7am and sniffing your lines and leaving everyone else life out of it and minding your own.
