We have lived here one year and we love everything about Grampian Hills! I tell everyone I feel like I am living at a vacation resort. The entire staff is friendly and helpful. Our two cats love their private 'park' balcony and watching the wildlife. The landscaping and old growth trees are beautiful. The pool was beautiful all summer. The lifeguards were very attentive and friendly. Even our neighbors are terrific! Great job, everyone!

I love living here, we moved here 5 years ago after selling my home and have been so very pleased with the staff here. The apartments are big and spacious, the grounds are well maintained, there is a pool community center and athletic center. The staff hold get togethers for the residents on a regular basis. We have really enjoyed ourselves. The maintenance staff here is exceptional. I wish I would have moved here sooner.
