One of the best communities I've been a part of! When we moved in, our apartment was very clean and everything seemed to be taken care of before our move-in date. We've also had no issues with management or the community as a whole. (In fact, management is very supportive and maintenance is super responsive and treats you like your issues are their #1 priority.) Overall, this is a great place to live. I'm glad I chose River Valley when I moved to Lancaster!

River Valley Apartments is a great place to live! Tammy and Matt are amazing! Moving in and out was so easy with them! The maintenance staff is so responsive and quick to fix what is needed! I would have lived here much longer but I wanted to live closer to work!
