We are just a short walk away from a natural food co-op, multiple bus lines, corner stores and specialty shops, and some of the best bars and restaurants St. Paul has to offer. Just 2 blocks away from the 21 bus line and a 17 walk away from the Green Line. Our studio apartments are single occupancy. No monthly pet rent! Up to 2 cats are allowed per unit after paying a refundable pet deposit of $150/cat. The rent price listed is for a 12 month lease and includes heat, water, and trash/recycling. Electric, cooking gas, and internet/cable are the responsibility of the tenant. Low-Income Rental Classification (LIRC) apartments available- we accept Section 8 Vouchers for these units if requested. Maximum income restrictions apply only to these units.
