Buyer beware. My daughter stayed there last year with two other girls. Maintenance issues were mostly never addressed or addressed after they moved out. We cleaned the unit to a point where it was cleaner than the day we moved into the apartment. Yet the charged us $770 to “professionally clean” the small apartment which is a complete joke. Charged another $700 for labor to do touch up painting and “repairs”. A total of over $1800 was kept from our security deposit. I’ve had two other kids go through college and never faced this type of robbery for lack of a better word. These were three girls who took care of the place, not a bunch of party animals. We’ve talked to others who got none of their security deposit back (well over $3000) so it’s not a one off incident. Looks elsewhere.

If there was a “Zero stars” option I would put it. Talk about gauging their tenant’s money. The appliances are absolutely horrible and outdated. They have more than enough money to update it. Will upcharge for everything. For example they charged us $30 to “empty the dryer tray”. Literally dumping lint in the trash. We emptied our dryer tray every time we washed our clothes. Management is horrible as well.
