My sister and I just moved into 81 Fifty, and we are already impressed. We both live in Minnesota, but our aging parents are in assisted living here in Portland. We have come to realize that we need to spend a decent amount of time here, so we decided that we needed to find an apartment rather than continue paying for hotel rooms for weeks on end. Although we looked at some other interesting apartments, we both knew that 81 Fifty at West Hills was the right choice when we toured in early August. While the entire place sold us on the merits of 81 Fifty, and we liked the location of the one bedroom apartment that we decided to rent, a huge factor in the appeal of 81 Fifty was our interaction with Breanne Sikand, one of the Leasing Agents. Not only was she genuine and down to earth, she went out of her way to steer us in the right direction (including advising us to lease a "second floor" apartment when there was also a ground floor unit coming available in a different building — the quirk is that our second floor apartment has no steps leading to it from the parking area while the first floor apartment has a narrow staircase that must be traversed before getting to the front door). Breanne was also invaluable to us over the course of the next week as our application process was under way. She made sure that we got the assistance we needed every time. Clearly, there is something special about 81 Fifty when the leasing agents care not just about making the sale, but are earnestly committed to making sure that the new residents have everything that they need. I cannot say enough good things about 81 Fifty and Breanne.

I had an amazing experience at 81 Fifty Apartments at West Hills! The community is stunning, with beautiful amenities and a modern feel, but what really stood out was the exceptional service provided by Breanne Sikand. From the moment I inquired about the property, Breanne was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She made the entire leasing process so smooth and stress-free. Breanne took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, provided a detailed tour of the property, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Her warm and professional approach made me feel right at home, and I could tell she truly cares about her clients. It’s rare to find someone as dedicated and personable as Breanne in this industry! If you’re looking for a wonderful place to live with top-notch service, I highly recommend 81 Fifty Apartments—and be sure to ask for Breanne Sikand. You won’t be disappointed!
