Resident is responsible for: oil heat (oil heating has an average of about 2-3 full gallons of oil each winter), electric (includes hot water), and cable/wifi (if desired). One cat OR small dog negotiable @ $25/mo. per pet. Vet records and references required. If it's a dog, we must meet the dog. No Smoking. Washer/Dryer Hookups. Off-street parking for 1 car.
