Chandler Pointe is a wonderful gated community that is quiet and the people are friendly. There are lots of ducks, geese and the two swans are WOW! It’s a great place to stay at and live at. Plus the staff that work there are magnificent people.

My family and I lived in Chandler Pointe for 4 years and it was a great experience. The location is very close to everything, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, and they provide maintenance and trash pickup. You get what you pay for and the amenities provided are well worth it. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a nice place to stay in a safe and quiet neighborhood.
