I have been here for 10 years now and I have not run into any problems except the kitchen sink and boiler. They have a pool and hot tub, gym, and basketball court. The rental office is really nice and staff is very friendly. You need to pay for parking under the roofs otherwise you have to park outside. If you park under the roofs without paying you will get your car towed.

Have lived here for about 2 years now, recently moved out, and I have never had a better time with an apartment complex like I had with the Preserve. Heather will always make sure that you are taken care of and mantance makes sure everything is up to date in a timely manner. If your thinking about an apartment to live in the Preserve at Belmont is the way to go.
