Millpond Manor is a Senior 55 plus, Income qualified Community. There are 1-2 Bedroom Apartment's Depending on availability. We are located Down Town Beautiful Fenton Michigan. Close to so many small shops and good restaurant's. Great place to walk on the many sidewalks around the Fenton Millpond. Millpond Manor is Fenton's Best Kept Secret give us a call to set up an appointment. Applications and drop box are located in the vestibule. Hours may differ during covid-19.
