We are well located on the east side of Elms Road, just south of Miller Road. The entrance ramp to I-69 is right around the corner on Miller Road. Bishop Airport, General Motors, Genesee Valley Mall and surrounding shopping area, ITT Tech and tons of restaurants are all located within a couple mile drive. Kroger, McDonalds, Arbys, Taco Bell, Financial Plus Federal Credit Union and Family Farm and Fleet are located immediately on the corner of Miller and Elms approximately 1/2 mile from the community. Homes in Eagle Pointe Creek are available for sale and lease. For those wishing to purchase homes, financing is available through 21st Mortgage Corp., the largest mobile home lender in the country. Eagle Pointe Creek is located in the Swartz Creek School District with bus transportation picking up and dropping off in the community. Eagle Pointe Creek also welcomes individuals and families with Section 8 / HCV vouchers. Accepts Section 8.
