My fiancé and I lived here for about a year, before we moved into a home. We absolutely loved it! We were close to work, food, events, and some of our favorite bars/breweries. We grew up in Albuquerque, so we are aware of the "downsides" of the area, but we never had any real issues. You will see unhoused individuals, hear loud cars with loud music, and other Albuquerque related noises, BUT you will also see families, parents dropping their kids off at school, people walking their dogs, people walking to restaurants and stores in Nob Hill, etc. The positives surely outshine the negatives. As far as the apartments themselves, they are updated, clean and functional (we lived in Unit H). Any maintenance requests submitted [which were rare] were handled extremely quick and with priority. Our neighbors were quiet, nice, and considerate of everyone else. The property management communicated with us about any issues, updates of the property, or events happening nearby. I write all of this knowing that if we could've lived here longer we would have. We hope that everyone has a similar experience! These are just my opinions based on our time at Richmond Studios.
