Appliances include: refrigerator, built in microwave and electric range/oven. No laundry on site. Utilities: Resident Pays Electric - APS Water, Sewer & Trash - City of Prescott. - Stay on in Owners name Resident pays a flat fee of $40 per month due with rent. Terms: Non-smoking/vaping inside. Smoking/vaping allowed outside only. Pet Policy: 1 small pet max (under 30lbs). No puppies (under 1), kittens (under 1), banned dog breeds or dogs with a bite history. If applicable pet rent of $50/month. College students welcome. Year lease. This unit has one assigned off street parking space, there is additional street parking on Alarcon.
