Residents will be enrolled in Resident Benefit Package that includes renter's insurance and credit building for $25/month. Utilities are in addition to the rent and are as follows: Water, sewer and trash are a flat additional fee of $75/month. Tenant pays for electricity. Heat is electric baseboard. One off street parking spot is designated for this unit. One pet is welcome with a $300 non refundable pet fee and an additional $35 monthly fee for a cat. One dog may be considered for an additional $50/month Each adult must complete an application, application fee is $40 each. Full background check, criminal check, and eviction history search required. Monthly income should exceed $3,885 and credit score should be above 630.
