Although we do not rent the apartments, we do rent right below the apartments. We own Re: Salvage & Artifacts and have had a great experience so far downtown with Platten Place. We enjoy the historic feel and the liveliness of the building and atmosphere. We always get quick responses from the owner and manager of Platten Place and they are always willing to stop into the store if we need assistance. The renters in the apartments are always nice to us and the style of the apartments are gorgeous! They kept that old feel and we appreciate that.
