I LOVE the location! It's not a affordable city to live in but Bexley at Harborside is a lifesaver. Cute homes with no problems in the months I've lived here. I love the clubhouse amenities. Can't wait to use the pool this summer. My only complaint is the Internet provider (MI connection) is overpriced. Hopefully At&t Fiber will be better! (They're installing it). Besides that, I enjoy living here! Only way it would be better is if they remodeled to add a fireplace! Edit: I have had 2 apartments here. The electric and plumbing systems could be better. They aren't horrible by far. But I've usually had better. The outlets are all installed upside down and tend to need resetting. The toilets take 2-4 flushes to properly drain. They go down eventually, it's just annoying. The Starbucks coffee machine is fabulous! I just bring my own cup now so I never have to skip on coffee due to the cups running out. I LOVE Chole in the office. She's the best. I enjoy coming to the rec center. Pool is amazing as well! Edit #2: I've had a few work orders out in and my plumbing is MUCH better. It took some time but we got there!!! I renewed my lease so I'm on my 3rd year. Quiet, safe community where I always feel okay walking around at night. 24hr rec center has helped me get some work done more than once!!! Still love living here. I get what I pay for as far as the cheap apartment construction. Great office staff and neighbors tho!

We’ve had our ups and downs with apartment living, as everyone does, but I can say without any hesitation that Kayla is why we stay. We moved into the neighborhood in spring of 2023, and when our first lease ended we decided to stay in the neighborhood. Kayla was the deciding factor in our decision. She was who we initially toured the neighborhood with when we were apartment searching last year, and when we decided to downsize at the end of our lease when our roommate left Kayla walked us through the entire process and made everything as easy as possible. Whenever I have a concern, question, or need help even with something small I know I can call or send a request in and Kayla will undoubtedly get it handled. You can always tell the difference when Kayla is in-office and when she’s out of office, because she is a natural leader and keeps everything running smoothly! Her patience, communication, and organization makes us feel secure with the office in a way our previous apartment complex never did.
