The apartments come with updated kitchen appliances. Off street assigned parking is available. There is an on site coin operated laundry room. A monthly flat fee of $85.00 covers the gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electricity and WiFi are extra and your responsibility. Refundable security deposit is $750.00. We are updating our apartments as they become available with all new paint, flooring, appliances, window treatments, vanities, and more. Off street - assigned parking is available and we have an on-site laundry room located centrally. A monthly flat fee (RUBS) of $85.00 for a two bedroom unit covers the gas, water, sewer, and trash. Electric and WIFI are extra and your responsibility. We allow one pet under 25 pounds (adult weight) with appropriate and approved paperwork. The refundable pet deposit is $300.00. The monthly pet fee is $30.00. The refundable security deposit on a two bedroom is $750.00. There is a monthly fee of $9.30 for RLL, the tenant is responsible for Renter's Insurance.
