Enjoy living at Sutherland village. It's like being on vacation all the time. Apartment is roomy with lots of windows looking out on farmland. Maintenance department is on top of fixing any problems.

Overpriced ! Extremely expensive place! Murry is horrible! No gym, no playground, no pool, no club house. No feature at all in this place. Extremely overpriced for a place without any amenities . Think very well about moving to this place. If you are looking for a place with no features at all , the place is here. I don't recommend it! If you are late just one day with your rent, they will charge you 200 dollars as penalty. Be careful with this place! They will take your security deposit and will refund you almost nothing. My security deposit of 1600 was gone, they refund me only 140. What a joke!
