My family and I have been living here for almost two years now. We love the community, the area and staff. Neighbors are very friendly and nice. love the amenities they offer and events they throw throughout the year for residents. Lots of parking! The apartments are well maintained, spacious and new. Maintenance help is easily available and respond within the same day. Maintenance is super fast and always super friendly!
I lived at Broadleaf Boulevard Apartments for two years.
Pros: Management was extremely friendly and attentive. Always available to fix a problem and always with a smile! (I miss you guys!)
Great quality. The flooring and granite counter tops had a luxury feel. The layout (I lived in the Terra floor plan) was spacious and practical.
Great lighting (fixtures and big windows!) Decent views (see photo.)
Club house always had free treats, and gym/pool were usually pretty vacant.
Great location, near 84, 291, mall, movie theater, Main street Manchester.
Parking lot was well lit and safe.
Cons: On third floor it took the hot water a long time to get to temp.
As with all apartments sound carries through the walls. I found foam backed wall decorations cut sounds down dramatically.
Garbage trucks arrived very early and were loud.

We’ve lived her for over 2 years and have recommended it to family and friends over the years! Apartments are well maintained, quiet, and pet friendly. Most people are very friendly and respectful too. The only issue I’ve noticed while living here is that mail will be delievered to the wrong building or that packages seemed to be lost/stolen, but the management team has done a lot to mitigate these issues and I’ve noticed a lot of improvement from when I first moved in. Also, perfect location - near the shops and restaurants of Manchester/South Windsor but also a ton of hiking/walking trails around it too! Overall a great place to live.
We have enjoyed living here for the past 6 months. The staff is always accessible, helpful, and provides excellent tenant service. We have had no issues requiring maintenance. Management organizes events and food trucks. The little things are very much appreciated. Though there isnt a means to have your own grill, they have grills available in common areas, which is nice to have. The floor plans are well designed and provide a good amount of space relative to the rent charged. The den provides just the right amount of space for a home office, which is a really nice feature of this apartment complex. The hardwood floors are nice and easy to clean. The carpeting in bedrooms and den is very comfortable.
My only critiques are;
Poor placement of the thermostat that is located on a wall where mounting tv makes the most sense. In general, apartment complexes have been slow to adopt smart thermostats. I understand it creates some issues for maintenance, though i think complex should provide pre-approved smart thermostats with install instructions. They are very easy to install.
The living room area should have ceiling lights. The entry, kitchen, and dining room area have plenty of ceiling lighting. We use floor lamps that get the job done, though just 2 more ceiling lights in living room area would go a long way.
Overall, this is a great place to live. We place a high value on having a good landlord.

My fiancé and I have lived here for the past 3 years and couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Everyone who works here is so friendly and accomodating. The leasing office staff is happy to help with any issues and the maintenance team is always available. The rent is reasonable for the large apartments and the convenient location- you can even walk to a brewery with awesome food and drinks!! There is also beautiful walking trails nearby.
The best part of the community is how dog friendly it is! The leasing office has treats for the pups and a dog park that is well maintained. My dog loves the maintenance team and they always make sure to stop and say hello!
I really can't say enough positive things about our community. We have a pool, gym, and clubhouse. The leasing office is always putting on events- like arts and crafts and food trucks, that makes living here really fun!
the only negative, if i had to pick one, is the small washer dryers in units, but it has never been a problem for me personally

My partner and I recently moved after living at Broadleaf for 2 years. We really loved it there. The apartment was spacious and updated, and everything worked great. Any time there was a maintenance issue, the team was quick to respond and always friendly. The office staff was also great and went above and beyond to help with whatever we needed, including walking around the complex with me to find a misplaced package! There wasn't a lot of turnover with the office staff which was nice too, since it felt like the office ladies knew us personally whenever we walked in. We didn't use the clubhouse very much but we LOVED the pool in the summer. We cleaned thoroughly on move-out and received our entire security deposit back which was great. I'm not sure if this is still the case, but we were allowed to paint when we moved in so long as the colors weren't outrageous and that we primed before we moved out. This was a really special touch that let us make the place our own. We also had great neighbors, and although there are many dogs in the complex, it was always quiet. The complex is conveniently close to the highway and we rarely heard more than background "white noise" from it.
Our constructive criticism would be for residents to get notified when they have a package in the package room, because checking it randomly can be a hassle especially with the 7-day send back policy. We also wish we had a full-sized washer and dryer, as the stacked units we did have were very small and made washing things like bedding challenging. Lastly, the price of rent has jumped considerably since we moved in; I know that's happening everywhere, but I do think they're a bit steep for the Manchester area (which is meh in my opinion). I think they can get away with it right now since the units are still so new and updated especially compared to other similar complexes in the area, but that won't always be the case.
Overall, Broadleaf was a great place to live and we were sad to leave! It really felt like home there.
