We have no breed restrictions upon an approved pet application. Required Fees - Move-in: application fee - $50 per applicant, deposit - $400, & administration Fee - $150. Monthly: rent - fixed cost dependent on size, move-in date, and lease term, utilities - variable cost dependent on usage and/or bill back, Utility Service Fee - $3.50. I have stayed here for 10 months and it was very nice place to live. Friendly neighbors and surprisingly quiet complex. Property is kept in good shape and staff are prompt and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and has fixed everything not only properly but usually the next day. Washer, dryer and dishwasher in most units is a huge plus. Highly recommend! Probably the best apartments you can get in Elk River.

Your repairman was very anxious to help us with the heat. Had to change the thermostat and that appears to solve the problem. We had the problem with the thermostat last winter, would take action, then again it wouldn't adjust the heat. Thanks again
