It’s ok, due for some upgrades for sure but at 670 a month with utilities included it’s hard to find, wish they had parking lot security cameras though. I haven’t had any problems with porch bandits taking my delivered goods, Tiger properties makes it easy to pay online sometimes it is difficult to contact someone directly. Be sure to have parking sticker because Death Valley towing will tow your car and it cost a lot even if you are a tenant, you must have the 5 dollar sticker. They need to have some sort of visitor parking, something simple so someone can stop by at least. All in all this is the cheapest property they have with utilities included. I would rent from them again, however I think I will look for an upgrade next!

Good for what it is, cheap studio apartments. Utilities included in rent. Responsive maintenance and property managers. Hot water is hot, and the shower has high pressure. Cable internet is reliable. Not the most luxurious but it's quiet, affordable, and close to campus.
