I’ve been a resident for a little over a year and it has been so fulfilling. It’s very quiet and peaceful. Townhouse is spacious and a huge basement with washer/dryer hookup. Nice size backyard space and it’s fenced. Rent is affordable and they are responsible for your lawn which surprised me. You are only responsible for your backyard maintenance. Maintenance is quick if you ever have an issue. Management and staff are very friendly and bonus they remember your birthday. A birthday card is placed on your door in an envelope of course. Love it here!!!
