I actually just started renting here as a January 2023 and I have absolutely no complaints fantastic facility one premises laundry and resident first property management is fantastic at Tierra is a blessing

Hot water is always broken and has to to be fixed multiple times and the cockroaches that never seem to go away in the summer time pest control was out here 3 or 4 times and the heating is the biggest joke my bathroom has more heat then any other part of the apartment. Do Not Rent Here save your money !!
