Loved living here, new owners always made sure maintenance was taken care of quickly . We received updates on new renovations, they were very accommodating and kept the place great. I enjoyed the location and safety of the building. If i move back to shaker i would move back to this building.

Have lived here for 3 months now, the management team is excellent. They are responsive to work orders. The management team is currently doing many upgrades, but most Important this is a safe building. Units are more spacious than the other buildings. Highly recommend, I plan to live here for a while.
