We had a bit of a rough start with the application process, but Patricia was incredibly helpful throughout. She worked closely with my partner and me, addressing any concerns we had promptly and professionally. We moved in yesterday. There were a few minor imperfections with the apartment, but Patricia was very apologetic and quickly put in a work order to have everything fixed! Her dedication and responsiveness made the whole experience much smoother, and we truly appreciated her support. Want to also acknowledge Luis who helped with the work order. Looking forward to this new chapter at Aydan, and I’ll provide an update in the next couple of months!
