My wife and I lived here for about a year and a half. I can say that this was one of the nicest rentals we have ever lived in. The staff was very helpful and when issues or repairs arose (which wasn't often), they were resolved quickly. The units themselves are very quiet and we could almost never hear our neighbors and we were in a middle unit. If we hadn't bought a house, we would have stayed even longer.
