A peaceful, sprawling residence with well-furnished apartments and good amenities, too. I’ve been a long-term tenant (10+ years), and my personal evaluation of Georgetown Park Apartments: A+. Moreover, the maintenance crew is hard-working, friendly, and reliable. Also, the apartment office has been very courteous, and their assistance in residential matters is exceptional. Plus, the monthly rent is quite reasonable, and the living space offers a warm, cozy environment as well. Overall, I definitely recommend Georgetown Park Apartments to any potential tenant.

I have been living at Georgetown park apartments for a little over 2 months. I love it here! I love the woods, river, deer, rabbits, squirrels, etc. is it perfect no, but close. I have always wanted to live by the woods, so this is like heaven on earth. So I had a toilet problem. I wrote out a help for maintenance online. Then not knowing exactly how well that worked, called just to make sure they got the request. They had gotten the request, and within about 30 minutes there were two guys knocking at my door. They were so nice and patient, and had the problem fixed within no time. I was very impressed at how nice they were. So if you’re looking for a good place to live, I recommend GTP apts. It seems to me that they are doing all they can to make this a go to apartment viilage. I highly recommend this place, and I’m a GOOD RECOMMENDER!😊

My boyfriend and I moved in about a month ago. When touring the complex we were allowed to see different floor plans and they answered any questions we had thoroughly. Our apartment is super spacious and we never hear our neighbors. When submitting a maintenance request for an outlet, they came within an hour of the request and fixed what we needed on the spot. Every person we have spoken to through the main office or over the phone has been very nice and helpful. Also, the location is great we’re 5 minutes from pretty much anything we need. Oh, and we love that we can pay our rent easily on their rent portal app on our phones. I would most definitely recommend the complex :)
I've lived here for about 8 months now. I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff is always friendly and professional. Nick was my leasing agent and he was great, walking us through the entire, easy to complete, application process. Maintenance is great! Very efficient and always with a smile. Hallways are kept clean and well lit. We never hear our neighbors through the walls. I also love the location and the grounds are nicely kept. Highly recommend!

I love living here, I moved in September of 2014 and just recently resigned my lease for another year. Lynn Galliway was who helped us out when first moving in and she was so super friendly and very helpful. And again was very helpful while resigning our lease this past August.
We live in the "Bennington" floor plan and its a nice spacious 2 bedroom 2 bath and at a very affordable price. Having laundry in my unit is also a huge plus!
So far I've only used maintenance twice but it was almost immediate and they were friendly and very professional.
I would definitely recommend this apartment complex.
Everyone else complaining about loud neighbors, people speeding and people being drug addicts must live on the opposite side of the complex from me. My building is quiet and all my neighbors seem like normal families.
But then again you cant help but run into issues with neighbors no matter where you live.
I guess I just got lucky this time!
Absolutely loving the place we had a small leak underneath the sink made 1 call and they where out the next day they work fast and care about there tenants office staff is amazing especially Brandy 10/10 recommendations
My husband and I have lived here for several months now and we LOVE our apartment. We have only had positive interactions with staff and maintenance people, and there have been many. I initially called many times to inquire about moving in. My questions were always answered thoroughly. Our tour went well and we experienced very friendly staff members. The signing of the lease was easy. We had email and phone call communications back and forth and worked with three different staff members in the process. They all followed up with paperwork and questions in a timely and thorough manner. Move in day was fantastic. I didn’t know what to expect because it was our first apartment. I will say I have extremely high standards for what I consider to be clean and it was in great condition. To be completely transparent, our in-unit dryer and dishwasher were not working when we moved in. Staff was very communicative about the oversight and responded immediately to our maintenance requests and had them fixed within the week! The maintenance team is a delight: very kind, professional, and gets the job done. All the work orders we have submitted since move in day have been responded to and dealt with in a very timely manner. I am always given a follow up call letting me know when they plan to complete the work order. No apartment complex is perfect, but we are so glad we picked this one. I will echo some reviews I have read in that the dog poop problem is very real. Some of the dog owners are very disrespectful and just don’t pick up after their dogs, leaving piles of poop everywhere. There is a constant ripe smell whenever we walk to our cars, and we just laugh it off at this point. Can’t win them all!

My experience thus far at Georgetown Apt has been so astounding!! This is coming from someone not keen on living here due to the poor reviews I noticed when I submitted the application.
However, do not judge a book by its cover too soon. The staff were so accommodating to my delicate move situation; offered various tours, amenity walk throughs, and even asked if I needed any assistance getting my residential app set up.
I, (23F) and my fiance, (24M) were so shocked to see how kind and responsive the team was. Granted; there were some hiccups with my ESA hurdles I had to jump but this is standard anywhere and as long as you update the needed paperwork they are lovely to work with and get the process accepted quick. We were ready to move mere 10 days after we toured; submitted application; and sorted out medical paperwork for my ESA dog. Brandy was so helpful getting us in before the weekend the next week and was nothing but polite and reassuring. Upon move in, we did notice a small kink; our ac/heat thermastat was defective and the summer heat was awful so we submitted a request through their portal and were dreading the reviews stating maintenance is slower than a snail. I was pleasantly surprised to hear maintenance knocking on my door the very next morning lol; they were polite and friendly during this exchange. The apartments from what I have seen for myself are maintained well and clean! We purchased the “executive” suite and we LOVE our balcony and so does the pup!! I cannot thank the team enough for all they do.
SO, before you turn a blind eye and look elsewhere for apartments; give it a shot and at least get a tour. I love it here, such a quiet neighborhood ❤️
(What blew my mind even more was earlllyyy this morning, my partner and I witnessed maintenance outside, shoveling snow and salting the sidewalk, at like 3am! They are so dedicated to helping us and I think thats so rare to find. Always grateful for the handy help from staff.)
