I have been living here for a little over 4 years. Have not had any issues. There has been 3 rent increases since I first moved in but they are bearable( now pay $150 more then when I first moved in). It's a quite complex never had any noise issues from neighbors no pest problems. On site manager had my issues quickly resolved I would recommend this place to others.
