This beautiful little slice of Carolina has been named one of the “Top 100 Places to Live in the U.S.” in 2017 by Time Magazine. And, we couldn’t agree more with all those accolades. Location, location, location is for sure the big winner here. We also love the spirit of entrepreneurship and innovation that this community offers. The nearby Research Triangle Park brings together business, government, and universities, creating a fantastic energy. Of course, it’s not all heavy thinking here. This is a neighborhood where people gather to relax, connect, and unwind as well. Head downstairs and enjoy a beverage on the outdoor patio from Bottles & Cans Beer and Wine Shop, take a jog along the paved Indian Creek Greenway, and visit Park West Village for some “retail therapy. ”If this is the best place to live in North Carolina, we certainly wanted to create a community that raises the bar as well. The Manor at Weston is a mixture of beautiful townhomes and apartments with resort-style swimming, a fitness center, and even our own screening theater. From beautiful floors to high ceilings, luxurious soaking tubs, and designer finishes, we made sure every detail assured this is an A+ place to live, just like its city. We've been here for a few months and LOVE the Manor at Weston. Its been a great place for us and our young kids (even our dogs)! From the great staff, to the clean property, to the comfortable apartment–– we love it here. You don't feel like you're living in an apartment when you're home (no noise, etc) and the businesses next door are great to have close by.

Recently moved and very pleased so far. Clean and spacious apartments. Jalen helped me apply and complete my lease, he was very attentive and answered all my questions. All staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly.
