Maintenance is great, super friendly and fast. Office crew does a good job as well. Basically zero problems with anything the entire time I've lived here. One month the automatic payment system messed up. They fixed it almost instantly. Everyone here seems on top of things and I never have to stress about anything related to my apartment, which is refreshing. They also organize little pop-up events and things a few times a month. Sometimes it's simple like giving out donuts, though one time they had a photographer show up and take a family portrait for free (nice). My parents appreciated that one in their Christmas card. There was also a scavenger hunt, group TV premier viewing, and lots of other various stuff. It feels like they care a lot about residents compared to other places I've lived.

I lived at Butterfield apartments for several years and enjoyed the experience. Office staff was very understanding and helpful. They care about the concerns of their residents and often do whatever than can to accomdate. Prompt and friendly maintenance. I would live here again if I moved back to Flagstaff.
