We were searching for a new apartment when we came across Santa Barbara Luxury Apartments. It was beyond easy to set up an appointment to view the property and speak with the manager. Although we decided to move farther out of town, I feel like it is important to take the time to acknowledge the efforts Annie took to accommodate our schedules and to thoroughly go through the process of renting at the property. We have recommended this property to a few friends because of our experience with Annie. Annie, if you read this, thank you for being such a breath of fresh air.
