My experience at Sundance Apartments was great! Moving to North Dakota from Texas, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. I could not have asked for a better place to live. The heated underground parking, along with indoor access to mail and trash was very helpful. I also enjoyed the indoor workout facility and the party room. The pool was nice in the summer as well. But most of all, I appreciated the professionalism of the staff. They were over the top kind, helpful, and considerate. They also kept the apartment complex very clean. I would definitely recommend living at Sundance!

I’m a medical traveler that came to Bismarck, ND for an assignment at the local hospital. The management team exceeded my expectations as an out of town applicant. Once I was through the approval process, completing the lease was online and easy to do. The apartment was leased sight unseen and didn’t disappoint. Having a Service Animal can sometimes cause scheduling issues when it comes to maintenance coming in the apartment. This wasn’t the case with Sundance. They willing worked with my schedule to complete any needed repairs and inspections. The move out process was as easy as the move in was. As a traveler I rent the furnishings for my apartments. The rental company have unusual pick up hours but the Sundance team worked with me to accommodate the unusual hours. From my first day to my last, the Sundance team have been very supportive and made my stay in Bismarck an excellent experience. I recommend them to colleagues and wouldn’t hesitate going back to the them should I return to Bismarck.
