Most of the time we only take the time to write a review when something goes wrong however this time, I want it to take the time and write about the great experience i had at the Palladium Apartments. My stayed there was very pleasant. The apartments are in great condition and they are in a safe area, speciall hard to find in Midland. Price s are very affordable.Maintenance is very efficient and they respond to your inquiry right away. What makes this apartments more special is the staff. Amy and Jesus ( managment staff) will do everything they can to help you. Thank you!

I’ve lived here since 2022, and I can say Palladium Apartments have improved in their staff and maintaining the property! The front office staff are amazing and helped me so much with what I’ve needed!
