Apartment searching in NYC is always challenging. I can confidently say the staff here is amazing, and a big reason why I chose this building. I was working closely with JoJo in the leasing office, JoJo was super responsive, patient and thoughtful when helping me decide which unit I wanted and quickly addressed any concerns I had. The super Bryce is also very responsive and goes the extra mile. Building itself is very clean and well maintained. This place is definitely worth checking out. Ask for JoJo is you are thinking of moving here.

My wife and I have just renewed our lease at Atelier for the fourth year, and we are super happy. We love the building and the neighborhood. The management and staff are exceptional—always responsive, professional, and truly caring about the residents.
