The apartments were much better with the old landlords. I was staying there from late 2019-2022 and everything was good. Eventually and sadly we had to leave because the place was bought by new owners. They kicked everyone on section 8 out and we had to find a place asap. They forced everyone out that was on it. Me n my family loved staying there the units are nice inside regardless of how the outside looks and the location. Especially with the rent it was a fair price and the utilities were included. We really miss that place but thanks to the new owners we had to leave. 😒which is really ironic because the apartments are in the south of St.Pete almost everyone is on section 8 there. Guess their karma is getting to them because now they have people not on that program and are expecting more of the place and they don’t get that. Now they have higher kept people instead of people that will except the places they are willing to get. All they have now is bad reviews bc they’re giving these units to people that aren’t really meant for it. I’ve read other people’s reviews too and they’re all about the new owners. It’s sad. No one likes them lmao!
