Graycliff Townhomes offers some of the nicest finishes in town including: Granite counter tops • ceiling fans in every room • breakfast bars • stainless steel appliances • hardwood floors • multiple storage closets • kitchen pantries ceramic tile or stone floor in bathrooms • dual sinks in bathrooms patio or balcony off the living room and balcony off of the master bedroom a complete appliance package including dishwasher, garbage disposal, refrigerator, range, microwave, washer & dryer. 9-10 foot ceilings in living and bedrooms and up to 15 foot ceilings in basement game rooms. Our amenity package is best in class and includes the following: fitness center with Wi-Fi, tv's, ellipticals, treadmills, free weights, kettle bells, etc.) Yoga room.
