Just moved into these lofts last week and it has been a great experience. First day the apartment was very very clean to where even the vents were very clean. Absolutely zero complaints so far, if you’re not used to the area it may be a little intimidating however there are tons of great food spots and everything near is very convenient. I highly recommend moving here if you’re thinking about it. Jackie has been awesome and has answered/took care of any issues I’ve had. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My fiancée and I are in the process of moving in as new tenants starting in the beginning of August. After dealing with the hassle of trying to find an apartment in NY, the interactions we have had with the management here have been a breath of fresh air. The building manager Jackie was attentive, professional, and very friendly. In the span of just a few days we toured, applied, and were approved for our new home. Since then, when we have had any questions in regards to the building or the area, the responses have been quick and helpful. Looking forward to moving in soon.
