Worst place I have ever lived. Bug infested, run down and filthy building. Sustained heavy damage during the earthquake. My ceiling had a four foot crack in it that remained unrepaired my entire stay. My intercom never worked and most of my packages got stolen or were never delivered. The landlord is a piece of work, he is a bully and uses intimidation and scare tactics on the tenants. He is a druggie. The building is full of crime and drugs.

This place is a catastrophe for anyone. Its owned by a slumlord who is Greek and waiting for SLC to refurbish so he can get a windfall profit and does tbe the bare essentials in the meantime. The onsite mgr is an avid pot smoker and manipulative as to tne tenants. It is filfthy and vermin infested in addition to the majority of the building being occupied by drug users and dealerz
