I’ve been living here for 3 months and have nothing but good things to say. Agents in the office are all helpful, maintenance has never taken more than a day to service requests, parking is usually pretty easy, no issues with bugs, it’s quiet, feels safe. The grounds are all well-kept, greenery is mature and the overall atmosphere is lush. I do hear every step my upstairs neighbor takes but that’s only because he has a heavy foot. I could barely hear the neighbor who was living there before. Other than that, I have no issues with this place and would recommend without hesitation.

I moved in sight unseen from Atlanta. Now, I’ve been here for three years and transitioned from a one bedroom to a two bedroom. All great apartments. This is a clean, safe, attractive and reasonably priced gated community. I personally interacted with both management, staff and maintenance without issue. They got good people and there were no major turn overs. Employee retention is a plus.
