So I think some of the reviews are a little biased. Yes, management is strict with their guidelines in your lease, but YOU signed it. I can say I did have some issues with the bathroom in my previous unit, and I got upset and felt as though it wasn’t handled appropriately, but it was quickly addressed by all parties involved and I definitely over reacted. Tara and Vickie are very blunt, that can be taken as rude, but once you see how they work it definitely isn’t. They are business people and handle the properties as such. This is an older town with middle income people. You cannot expect luxury apartments. I feel for the pricing they are very nice and well maintained. Some properties are nicer than others. They are clean, no pests, and maintenance responds quickly. So no, you aren’t going to be living in luxury, but the basics are there and the management does care about your comfortability.

Waited a yr to post this so I could give an accurate review. Not really had many issues to talk about with the home I am renting in the yr I have been here. I have rented by others before and due to bad experiences I was nervous when my ac went out in 100 degree weather and I must say we were impressed with how quickly they responded and had it fixed. The level of professionalism from the office manager and the maintenance crew was above and beyond expectations. They really do care for their tenants and their properties. We will be signing another lease to stay for another year.
